School Improvement Support

The team includes specialists in Primary Education, Special Education, Professional Development and Careers Guidance

Curriculum development. Lime Trust has a research led; evidence informed curriculum which is fully resourced with progression of skills from birth onwards. Flexible enough to be adapted to all schools’ contexts. Incorporates a robust pedagogical approach, closely linked to EEF research.
Teaching and Learning Policy – Fully comprehensive, providing new and existing staff with all the tools they need to teach including how to structure learning, plan lessons, assess pupil progress and moderate judgements
Subject specific support for middle and senior leaders
Bespoke advice and support for SEND, EYFS and Careers

Finance – Support for managing budgeting, day to day finance procedures, audit and statutory returns. We can also offer strategic support for Trusts completing due diligence where capacity is needed.
Human Resources – Support on operational requirements for all aspects of recruitment through to staff absences. Professional bespoke advice through robust policies and procedures on staffing concerns on a variety of casework.
Business – Support to manage admissions, attendance, facilities and estates management including capital procurement, ICT, catering, risk management, data and health and safety compliance.
